WHO AM I
I am a woman, partner, teacher, mother, daughter, and friend. I am also a licensed mental health counselor and have my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. Early on, I recognized my ability to connect with others. I have leveraged this into my career not only as a Counselor, but also as a college/graduate school professor/advisor, and instructor for medical students or other professionals. I have journeyed to develop balance and peace in my own life and I hope to walk alongside you in your journey. I am passionate about helping others learn more about themselves so they too can be the helpers in this world.
